Depression Self-Inventory
Do you currently have - or have you recently experienced - any of the following?

Cognitive-Behavioral and Solution-Focused Therapies are often effective in helping the individual reprogram unwanted thoughts, feelings and actions. Both therapies provide clear, structured action steps to help the client move past old depressive patterns.
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is often effective as well.
